Come and experience what yoga is all about! This class will explore postures, breathing, meditations, and relaxation.  We will try different styles of yoga.  Throughout this session you will find yourself deepening in spirituality and physical abilities. Suitable for all levels. Bring  a yoga mat and a water bottle.  If you have tender knees or hips, please bring a pillow or blanket.
