Join our host from Marigold Library System for this videoconference and learn how to download eBook and eAudiobook titles from the library with confidence! Participants will get acquainted with some of the features of popular eReaders and mobile devices and learn how they are used to download from OverDrive. Answers to common questions, basic troubleshooting tips and available help resources will also be presented. There will be opportunities for questions at the end of the session.

We’re creating a snapshot of the library— collecting information to capture the impact that libraries have on their communities on a typical day. Join us Wednesday October 5th  for a "snapshot" of a day in the life of the Coaldale Public Library. Come to visit and experience some of the events at our library. Refreshments will be served.

The Hot Book Club, our paired reading club, runs from July 5 -August 18. It is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am until 12 noon. The aim of this one hour program is to facilitate and encourage reading during the summer months by pairing children with older students to read together. This program will also include time for fun and games! Participants should have completed Grades 1, 2, or 3. As well, we are looking for volunteers to read to the children. Volunteers should have completed Grade 5 or higher. This is a registered program, so spots are limited. Drop by the library to sign up.
